Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

- Most of our merchandise are made to order and will take 1-2 weeks .  

-Our sale items will be shipped within 3-5 days.   

Q: Can I still order if I am not within the U. S.?  

- Yes!! Please send us an email before you make your purchase and we will make a special listing for you. 

Q: I am in between two of your sizes. How can I get the right size? 

- No worries!  We also do custom sizing for our clients with no extra charge. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for us to process your custom sizing ready to wear order.  All sale items are excluded from the complimentary custom sizing.

Q: What is your return policy?

- All custom sizing orders, sale items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.   All other merchandise can be returned within 14 days from the received date.

Q: What is your shipping cost?

- Shipping is free for all orders over $50 within the U.S.  Orders outside of the U.S., please send us an email at Trangnguyenfashion@gmail.com to confirm shipping information.

Q: How can I order one of your evening gowns? 

- Send us an email at Trangnguyenbridals@gmail.com and we will get back to you on the ordering process. 

Q: How long would it take for the evening gown to be ready and shipped to me?

- It normally takes 8 weeks for completion.

Q: What if the color I want is not listed?

- Send us an email to Trangnguyenfashion@gmail.com and we will try to find the color for you base on our inventory.
